A. A claim form is provided online for you to track all the bookings you make, this should be completed and submitted to our loyalty team for processing at corporate@macdonald-hotels.co.uk

Q. How are points earned for Club Corporate?
A. Rooms - 25 points per room per night
Meeting and Events - for every £4 spent, 1 point will be allocated

Q. Is there a maximum amount of points that can be added?
A. Yes the maximum amount that can be added in one transaction is 8750 points.

Q. Do Bookers receive a membership card?
A. No, Club Corporate is online based.
